Omega's poems Empty
PostSubject: Omega's poems   Omega's poems EmptyTue Apr 24, 2012 7:56 pm

Ok, you please for showing my poems... or rather lyrics. I don't have many of them... I'm publishing this one,
but maybe I'll send here some more?

"Better Life"

We're all now and talking about nothing
Save your voice!
It's look like little chatting between teen girls
Have your choice!
We can talk and use no words
Thinking about making better world
And what can I have to add?

Ref. What can we do for better life?
It's not difficult, just use your brain
We all do what we can
Maybe we will break our heavy chains
Soon...

Some of us said "Maybe we'll make a band?"
It isn't a game!
"The music's played by the madman" someone said
But aren't we them?
So we all now travelling
To Musicland and somewhere further
And what can I have to add?

Thanks!! Much appreciated... Like a Star @ heaven Like a Star @ heaven Like a Star @ heaven
You're right, I've got some inspiration from Forever Young. We're really madmen...

This one initially was called "Catching Rays of Giant". I changed title and beginning of chorus because I thought "Catching rays on Giant" doesn't fit to this song.

"Racing with the Sun"

1. I thought there’s no way for escape
But now I see I was wrong
Strange landscapes in the rising sun
are going to stay longer in my head.
Isn’t it wonderful that we are free?
Let’s take some shining daystar
We chased sad shadows away
And found our place on Earth

ref. And we’re racing with the sun
We’re running away from gray life
People can say what they want
But we don’t think about going back

2. We’re sitting among the ruins
Nobody can see our happiness
We’re looking on the blue sky
Early clouds are flying lazily over us
Isn’t it wonderful that we are free?
Let’s take some shining daystar
We chased sad shadows away
And found our place on Earth

And this poem... it's the stupidest poem I ever wrote. It's only my opinion, of course.

"The End of Love"

There were times when I felt alone
I had a feeling that I got lost
Strange sadness circled in my head
Until you came here and set me free
I can’t say I want your close being
I can’t say I felt to you anything
I can say: No more tears
No more stupid stupid fears

I won’t say goodbye to you
It’s the end of our being together
Don’t give me flowers, don’t beg on your knees
It’s the end, love isn’t forever

Poems are never stupid, the interesting thing about poems is that everything is possible, there are no rules I love you
For some reason the 2nd small poem is very beautifull!

I'm coming back with my rhyming stuff Wink This is the one of my biggest poems called...

Riddle

Everything is just a big riddle
and we're on it on the top of the needle
All our life is just a big riddle
in solving which we're not even in the middle...

We can't know everything
we always have to wondering
we are thinking beings
but we aren't gods at all
and that's the big black cloud over heads
of the scientists and and the rich (call them big-headed)
I'm not in the crowd but not the leader
I'm just a person in the middle of life riddle

In those calmless times
when everything has its price
and everyone wanna be chosen for a prize
feelings have got lost at all
Where could be God, oracle or destination?
We are alll sick because of lack of orientation
Whatever you do, you've got no satisfaction
Wherever is a problem, you've got no interaction

We're keeping on dancing
We are fools, mad but quite fancy
We're shouting to wind words without meaning
and we even enjoy it at all
The cup of insanity may be soon filled
We don't care before we will be killed
Where can be healthy fun just for a little?
That's what sometimes appears as the greatest from the riddles

I know it's quite long and have full of inspiration, especially from "Fools" and "Middle of the Riddle". But Alphaville's songs are the best engine for my creativity farao
